8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Paying agreed professional fees, government charges, provider fees or third-party costs on time.

9. Fees, Payments and Third-Party Charges

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Danfe Consulting’s professional fees do not include government application charges, education provider fees, health examinations, police checks, English tests, skills assessment fees, courier fees, translation fees, legal fees or other third-party costs.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Professional fees may not be refundable where work has already started, advice has been provided, documents have been reviewed, applications have been prepared, or administrative resources have been used.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

11. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you should notify Danfe Consulting as early as possible.

Missed appointments, late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may affect service timelines and may be subject to consultation or administrative fees where previously disclosed.

You must ensure all documents submitted to Danfe Consulting are genuine, accurate and lawfully obtained.

Danfe Consulting may refuse to act, stop work, withdraw assistance or terminate services if false, misleading, fraudulent or suspicious information is provided.
